Dr. Dilemma

How would a doctor, who is capable of foresee the patients' future, handle each patient in a middle of a pandemic? Dr. Dilemma is a prototype game, powered on Source Engine with community made modifications, where players have an option to choose which patients will be saved according to 3 different possible futures each one has. Since this is a dilemma, the doctor doesn't know which future is the real one and has to choose carefully which patient is worth to save. Will the doctor be able to deal these moral dilemmas?
